These records contain publications from various states, mainly rules and regulations for the enforcement of weights and measures laws of individual states and instructions for weights and measures officials in the discharge of their duties. Included also are occasional annual reports of the department. The states for which publications are available are Arizona, California, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the cities of Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Richmond, Virginia, as well as the Federal Bureau of Standards, Washington, D.C.
